Moana continues its box office reign with an additional $28.4 million gross this weekend!
The Disney animated flick – starring the voices of Dwayne Johnson and Auli’i Cravalho – has earned $119.9 million domestically and $177.4 million globally so far, according to THR.
Coming in at No. 2 was the Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, starring Eddie Redmayne, Ezra Miller, and Colin Farrell, making an additional 18.5 million for a domestic total of $183.5 million.
Taking the third spot was Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner‘s new flick Arrival, bringing in $7.3 million in its fourth week, for $73 million to-date.
Rounding out the top five were Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard‘s new film Allied, and Benedict Cumberbatch‘s Doctor Strange, which grossed $7.1 million and $6.5 million, respectively.
Meanwhile, Jackie, starring Natalie Portman, opened in five theaters to $275,000, for a $55,000 average.
Casey Affleck‘s Manchester by the Sea expanded to 156 locations and earned $2.36 million.
